The Scars Of Love And War AU Chronological Order

NOTE: I would highly suggest reading The Scars of Love And War (the main fic) first, even if you read the rest of it chronologically. This isn't really a suggested reading order, since some scenes might make more (or less) sense in different contexts. For a real suggested reading order, see the Scars of Love And War series on AO3.

Before the fic

I haven't released any ficlets or fics set before the fic yet, but I do plan on having some. After all, we got here somehow, didn't we?

The main event

• The Scars Of Love And War - The main fic that started the whole AU. "Memories. That's all Gadget and Infinite have of each other, after Infinite died following the war. Neither particularly wants to remember, but they both don't want to forget. Infinite gets a second chance at life, given to him by a bored kitsune with nothing better to do. He's horribly injured, but he should survive, given the right care. Can anything come between their love, for a second time?"
• Love, Not War - "At the end of Zero's week in recovery, Shadow got Knuckles to put Zero with Gadget for sparring. That may not have been the best idea; or: Why Zero and Gadget aren't allowed to spar anymore." Takes place between Chapters 7 and 8

After the fic

• Everyone Falls Down Sometimes - For a change of pace from most Infidget nightmare fics, Gadget has the nightmare. "Gadget finds himself reliving a memory he'd very much prefer to leave in the past, and he needs some comfort. Everyone falls down sometimes, and luckily for Gadget, Zero's there to pick him up."
• A Creamy Surprise - "Zero wakes Gadget up with a creamy surprise in the morning. (not that kind of creamy surprise, get your head out of the gutter!)"
• Scared Away - "Tails needs to get Sonic off the couch. Sonic, for his part, has been rambling on for hours. Luckily, Tails knows just who to call."
• Cactus - Zero eats a cactus. Gadget's really confused.
• In Control - "Zero's been missing for a month now. Where could he be?" Hypnosis stuff with a good ending.
